The job is to decide where the company will grow, then make it happen: set the strategy, keep a close eye on the accounts that weigh most, open markets in Europe and in Africa. And once a target is set, turn it into results that can be measured, adjusting the way of selling along the way.
The other part of the work is less visible: leading multicultural teams. People who share neither a language nor professional reflexes, and who have to work together. Over time, that is what holds a company’s position in the markets that matter to it.
